PRICING, PAYMENT, SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Rules for Selling Sync service pricing, payment methods, renewal cancellation and refunds.

1. Fee structure and published pricing

Selling Sync software service prices are published on sellingsync.com/pricing and displayed in the plan selection interface. Fees are based on the number of connected sales channels and the volume of SKUs managed.

2. Free trial conditions

Each Customer registering a new account receives a 14-day free trial with all features of the plan. Customers do not need to provide credit-card information when starting the trial.

At the end of the 14-day period, if the Customer does not upgrade to a paid plan, the system automatically stops data synchronization features without creating any debt or automatic charges.

3. Payment methods and billing cycles

The service is paid in advance (pre-paid) on a monthly or annual basis. Customers may pay using the following lawful methods:

  • International payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB).
  • Bank transfer directly to the corporate account of Hemidi Joint Stock Company. A valid electronic invoice will be issued and emailed to the Customer within 24 hours after the system records a successful payment transaction.

Bank account details:

  • Account number: 0603 3287 8975
  • Bank: Saigon Tai Loc Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SACOMBANK)
  • Account holder: Hemidi Joint Stock Company

4. Subscription renewal cancellation

Customers may cancel the renewal of their service subscription at any time through the account administration dashboard on Selling Sync.

When renewal is canceled, the Customer retains access to and use of the software until the end of the current prepaid billing period. The system will not automatically charge for the next period.

5. Refund conditions and procedure

As the product is a digital software service with a free 14-day trial, Hemidi provides refunds in the following specific circumstances:

  • 100% refund: Applies when a payment incident in the Selling Sync system results in duplicate charges.
  • Refund within the first 03 days: Customers upgrading to a paid plan for the first time may request a refund within 72 hours of payment if the software does not meet their actual operational needs.
  • No refund: Refunds do not apply to service cancellation requests made mid-billing period after the 03rd day following an upgrade/renewal, or to accounts temporarily suspended for violating the Terms of Service.

Refund requests must be formally submitted to contact@hemidi.com. Refunds will be processed back to the Customer’s original payment account or card within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Changes to pricing and service fees

Hemidi may adjust Selling Sync plan prices, additional fees, limits and fee calculation methods.

For existing customers, any change that increases costs or reduces benefits will be notified by email and in the account at least 30 days in advance, stating the changes, new fees, effective date and how to cancel renewal. Changes apply only from a renewal period that meets the notice requirement; they do not apply retroactively or affect benefits for an already paid period.

If customers disagree, they may cancel renewal before the effective date without penalty and continue using the service until the end of the paid period. Use during that period does not automatically constitute acceptance of the changes.

Hemidi renews subscriptions and charges fees only with the customer’s consent and valid payment authorization. Where separate confirmation is required, the transaction is paused until approved. Any post-promotion fees or additional charges apply only under the prior agreement; charges outside that agreement require the customer’s confirmation before collection.

Valid individual pricing commitments are honored. Refunds follow Section 5; incorrect charges must be adjusted and refunded. This section does not limit customers’ rights under mandatory applicable law.
